Spring peas, mint crème fraiche, Dungeness crab,
lemon, pea shoots, and extra virgin olive oil.

Duck Confit Tartine
Duck confit, grilled sourdough, cherry mostarda,
whipped ricotta, arugula, pistachio, and aged balsamic.

Braised Lamb Shoulder
Slow cooked lamb shoulder, creamy polenta, charred green
onions, roasted heirloom carrots, rosemary jus, and gremolata.
