After years of catering smoky goodness for weddings and events, we decided it was time to turn up the heat. In 2023, we invested in a large commercial smoker for catering—and once we tasted Chef Andy’s BBQ, we knew it couldn’t be limited to special occasions.
With the opening of Hook & Cleaver, we finally had the perfect home for our smoker
and the perfect excuse to share our BBQ with everyone, every day.
